Hernán Noble Tattoo Studio – Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking an appointment or commissioning a tattoo with Hernán Noble Tattoo Studio, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Appointment Scheduling and Cancellation

All appointments are subject to confirmation and must be scheduled in advance. Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment to avoid a cancellation fee. Failure to do so may result in the full cost of the appointment being charged.

3. Tattoo Design and Modifications

Tattoo designs are discussed and agreed upon prior to commencement of the tattoo process. Modifications to the design after the initial consultation may incur additional fees.

4. Health and Safety

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information regarding their health history and any potential allergies or sensitivities. Hernán Noble Tattoo Studio adheres to all relevant health and safety regulations. Clients must be 18 years of age or older to receive a tattoo.

5. Aftercare Instructions

Detailed aftercare instructions will be provided to each client following the tattoo session. Failure to follow these instructions may negatively impact the healing process.

6. Pricing and Payment
